Mrs. Leora Burish, 57, Town of Stettin, died at her home yesterdav afternoon at 4 o'clock after a lingering illness. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11 o'clock in St. Mary's Catholic Church at Marathon by the Rev. Lloyd Geisler. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The body will be at the Lohr Funeral Home in Marathon this evening at 7 o'clock, where a parish rosary will be said tomorrow night at 8 o'clock. Mrs. Burish was born at Cleveland Jan. 17, 1904, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jost. She was married there Nov. 1922, to Edward Burish. The couple lived at Francis Creek for 12 years, coming to the Town of Stettin in 1934. Surviving besides the widower are 12 sons, Reuben Burish, Two Rivers, Eugene Burish. Manitowoc, Marlon Burish, Town of Rib Falls. James Burish, Town of Cassel, Elton Burish, 509 Eagle, Edward Burish 622 N. Fifth, Anthony Burish, Indianapolis, and John, Kenneth, Norbert, Thomas and Michael Burish, at home; four daughters, Mrs. David Wadinski Town of Cassel, Sister M. Beatrice, St. Mary's Hospital. Mrs. Clarence Skryzpchak, Chicago, and Miss Shirley Burish, Milwaukee; a brother, Edward Jost, Cleveland, two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Wotruba, Manitowoc, Mrs. Paul Hessel Two Rivers, and 20 grandchildren.
