Frieda W. Feldmann, 96, a former Town of Herman resident, died this morning at Meadowview Manor Nursing Home, Sheboygan, where she had lived for the past nine years.
The former Frieda Roethel was born Feb. 18, 1886 In the Town of Meeme, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Roethel.
She married George Feldmann Feb. 16, 1907 In the Town of Herman. They farmed in the Town of Herman until retirement in 1936, when they moved to the Town of Rhine. Mr. Feldmann died in 1967.
Mrs. Feldmann was a member of St. Peter United Church of Christ, Town of Rhine.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Hubert (Selma) Boll of Plymouth; one son, Norman of Howards Grove; three grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; four brothers,, George of the Town of Herman, Reinhold of Kiel, Hugo of Oostburg and Arvin of Sheboygan; and two sisters, Mrs. Hertha Grunewald of Howards Grove and Mrs. Hildegard Biskobing of Sheboygan.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Peter United Church of Christ, Town of Rhine. The Rev. Robert Matlack, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, after 4 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. to II a.m. Tuesday and at the church from noon until time of services.
