She was born March 20, 1933 in Springfield, Ohio to John and Fammie Elizabeth (Davis) Ballenger.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Charles R. Waugh and daughter, Patricia Darlene Waugh.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Vicki and husband Dan Honig, of Texas, her sons, Chuck and wife Barb Waugh of Ohio and Doug and wife Carolyn Waugh of Missouri, daughter Jane Baldwin and son Stephen Paul of Ohio. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
