Norbert J. Wilke, 68, of 426 Middle St., Plymouth, died of an apparent heart attack Thursday at his home.

The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. August Wilke was born on Oct. 17, 1902 in the Town of Mosel, Sheboygan County.

He married the former Bernice Scherff on Sept. 26, 1931 in Plymouth, where they spent most of their married life.
He was an auto mechanic at the Buick garage and Wisconsin Motor Service, both in Plymouth, before working for Cornell Motors since 1953.

He was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, and Plymouth Fire Department for many years.

Surviving are his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Marlene) Schaller of Belgium; Mrs. Fritz (Karen) Marquardt and Mrs. Lyle (Christine) Vogt, both of the Town of Plymouth; a brother, Edwin of the Town Plymouth, a sister, Mrs. Anita Deicher of Adell, and four grandchildren.

A son and a sister preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., Sunday at Wittkopp Funeral Home, Plymouth, the Rev. G. A. Karpinsky, associate pastor of St. John Church, officiating. Burial will be in Plymouth Union Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 p.m. Saturday until time of services.
