Mrs. Franzmeier Dies at Family Home at Newton
Mrs. Paul (sic) Franzmeier, aged forty-six, passed away at her home in the town of Newton early Sunday morning after having suffered from complication of diseases for some time and death, although a shock to friends and relatives, came as a relief from sufferings.
Mrs. Franzmeier was born in Sheboygan county and lived there until the time of her marriage to Paul Franzmeier when the couple removed to Newton to take up a home and have lived there for the last twenty-five years. The husband and five children, Anna, Meta, Hulda, Emil, Paul, together with four brothers and six sisters survive.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 from the Newton Reformed church with burial at Newton, the Rev. Vriesen officiating at the ceremonies.
