Funeral services for Mrs. Eliza A. Douglas, pioneer resident of this city, will be held from the Congregational church at 8 p.m., Thursday. The body will lie in state at the parlors of Hobbs, Huckfeldt & Finkbiner from 10 a.m., until noon Thursday. Mrs. Douglas died at her home at 320 West Twenty-third, street Tuesday afternoon.

She came to this city in May, 1872, from Altoona, Pa., with her husband, Thomas A. Douglas. In September of this year she would have been 86 years old. Three children, May D. Douglas and Mrs. J.D. Von Kennel of Cheyenne and Mrs. A.R. Whitely of Denver survive her.

Mrs. Douglas enjoyed a large acquaintanceship in this city and was prominent in church work.
