Mrs. Loretta Koepke, 57, of 1420 Superior Ave., passed away at Memorial Hospital Tuesday after a short illness. She was the widow of the late Otto Koepke.
Born in Sheboygan on July 7, 1901, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Ida Nickisch and was a lifelong resident of this city.
Mrs. Koepke was a member of St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church where she had been confirmed. She was also a member of St. Paul's Ladies' Aid Society.
On June 14, 1923, she was united in marriage to Otto Koepke. Her husband preceded her in death in 1943.
Survivors are one son, Robert, and one daughter, Marydell, of Sheboygan. Besides her parents, one brother and one sister, one child who died in infancy, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday at Nickel's Funeral Home. Rev. Karl Schulz, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church will officiate at the services. Burial will take place in Wildwood Cemetery.
