Mrs. Ida Nickisch, 68, passed away at her home 1416 Superior avenue Sunday after a lingering illness.
She was born in Centerville, Wisconsin on October 16, 1876. Her marriage to Frank Nickisch took place in Sheboygan on August 31, 1895 and she has made her home here ever since.
Mrs. Nickisch was a faithful member of the St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran church and was a member of the Frauenverein when she was active until the time of her illness.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Loretta Koepke, one son Gustave Nickisch, four grandchildren and one great grandchild, all of Sheboygan, and one sister Mrs. Frank Schneider of Cleveland. Her husband and one daughter preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Nickel's Funeral home with Rev. Harold Schmidt of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church officiating. Interment will take place in Wildwood cemetery.
