Mrs. Roeder was born on October 8, 1892, and was confirmed in 1907 at St. John’s Evangelical church in the town of Herman.
She was married in 1914 and leaves to mourn her loss her husband and one daughter, Irene, aged 6 years, who reside in the town of Herman, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Semph of the town of Mosel, also three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock from the late residence and later from St. John’s Evangelical church in Schwartzwald. Rev. Mohme officiated and interment was made in the church cemetery.
