Frances Wells, Greensburg
Frances Wells, 77, Greensburg, died Saturday at Bartholomew County Hospital. She was the mother of Harold Wells and Barbara Eddy, both of Columbus.
Funeral servie will be conducted by the Rev. Bruce Buckley at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home here where persons may call after 4 p.m. today. Burial will be at South Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Wells was born April 22, 1902 (her death certificate shows 27 Apr 1902), in Hardinsburg. She was married to Clarence Wells who died May 27, 1963. She was retired from Lerman's Department Store.
Also surviving are another son and two daughters, Carl Wells and Wanda Headlee, both of Shelbyville, and Juanita Bulckel of Santa Claus, 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
