She is also survived by her three children: Shawn Monnin of San Diego, Dondi (Tracie) Monnin of New Bremen, Wendy Busch of Dayton; her stepchildren: Michael Chad Monnin of Florida and Tami Smith of St. Marys. Also surviving are her brothers and sisters-in-law: Paul (Mildred) Donovan Jr. of Coldwater, Jeffrey (Karen) Donovan of Gladstone, MI; sister and brother-in-law, Pamela (Max) Ineichen of Berne, IN; numerous grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; her good friend, Shirley Crider, and her beloved dog, Zoey.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, infant brother Timothy Donovan, brothers Jesse Donovan and David Donovan.
Peggy was a 1969 graduate of Parkway High School. She attended the OSU Beauty Academy in Lima. She was employed by Setex of St. Marys. She was a member of the Celina VFW Post #5713 Auxiliary, Celina Moose #1473, Celina Eagles #1291 and Celina American Legion Post #210 Auxiliary. She enjoyed going to casinos and watching Nascar racing.
