He was born to Paul Sr. and Alberta Rabdeau (Stallings) Donovan. His mother survives in Celina.
Also surviving are three sons, Scott Hayes, Decatur, IN, David Jr., Celina, and Damien, Lima; two brothers, Paul E. Jr. (Millie), Celina, and Jeff (Karen), Gladstone, MI; two sisters, Peggy (Mike) Monnin, Celina, and Pam (Max) Incichen, Berne, IN; and a grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Jesse and Timothy.
He was retired from Omni Manufacturing in St. Marys and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Moose Lodge, all of Celina. He graduated in 1968 from Parkway High School and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Services are at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Steve Howell officiating.
