Mrs. Frank Schmeiser, 73, of here passed away Sunday at St. Agnes hospital in Fond du Lac following a lingering illness.

She was born Magdalena Sohn in the town of Centerville, Manitowoc County, on March 28, 1874, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Sohn. On Feb. 2, 1909 she was married to Mr. Schmeiser in the town of Centerville.

Survivors include her husband, three children, Roland of here, Harry of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Arnold Peik of San Diego, Calif.; three grandchildren, Leander, Delores and Roland Peik; two brothers, Julius of Spring Valley, Sheboygan County and Leo of Centerville, and two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Duessing of Cleveland and Mrs. Ida Wagner of Centerville.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral home with the Rev. Orval Egbert officiating. Burial was in the Hillside cemetery.
