Herbert Stanford Lowther was the son of William G. and Emily Jane (Kendall) Lowther. He married Julia Florence Drain June 16, 1896 in Wood Co. WV. He was a Farmer, Realtor, Engineer and contractor in the housing business. He had a Real estate business in Wash. DC in the 1920's and in Fl. in the 1930's .He had 3 children Raymond, Willa and Hazel.
