Paula Sorensen Cook
Paula Sorensen Cook 1953 ~ 2005 Paula Sorenson Cook, began her life on December 15, 1953 and she moved on Sunday March 13, 2005 after fighting a valiant battle. Paula was born in Orem, Utah and raised by her loving parents, Leland (who preceded her) and Jean Sorensen. Even through life's battles, Paula managed to stay in contact with family and friends. She is survived by her life-long buddy and husband Bryan Cook, who saw her through her long, drawn-out illness; her mother, Norma Jean Sorenson; siblings: Joyce, Lydia, Butch, Mack, Karen, David, Bobby, Billy, Connie, Carrie, Ron, and Lynn. The people Paula loved, she loved deeply. Her life-long passion was animals of all kinds; they were like her children and she was often found feeding the local strays. She enjoyed camping and the outdoors. Paula was a person who danced to a different tune and occasionally we got the privilege of joining in the dance. Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 17, 2005 at 12:00 noon in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. Friends may call prior to the graveside services from 10-11:30 a.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.olpinfamilymortuary.com.
