Samuel Aebischer Chilton Times May 7, 1887

Died – At his home in Mill Center, Brown County, on Tuesday, May 3, 1887, Mr. Samuel Aebischer, aged 56. The deceased was for many years a resident of this county, having lived in Stockbridge from 1860 until a few weeks ago, when he moved to Brown County. He followed the trade of a shoemaker and by his honest and gentlemanly bearing won hosts of friends.

The funeral took place on Thursday and was attended by his father-in-law, Mr. Chas Bloom of Brothertown, his brother, John Aebischer, of Charlestown, and his brother-in-law and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Groetzinger, of this city. We have been unable to learn the exact nature of the disease with which he was troubled, but understand it was lung trouble. His death will be heard with regret in this county.
