VIRGINIA BEACH - Rondal E. Aydlette, 83, passed away March 11, 2006. He was born Sept. 11, 1922, in Norfolk to the late Robert Lee and Weltha Virginia Aydlett. Rondal served our country in the U.S. Navy during World War II and his wife Mary also served our country in the WAVE's during World War II. Rondal retired from the auto parts business. He was a loving and dedicated father, grandfather and friend.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary B. Aydlette; his parents; and seven brothers and sisters.
Left to cherish his memory are sons, Michael, Mitchell and Matthew; closest friend and niece, Virginia Gayle; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Riverside Memorial Park. Affordable Funeral Service will be handling the arrangements.
