GLADEWATER - Thomas J. Hutson, 77, of Gilmer, died on Friday , March 5, 2010, in a Longview nursing home. Born on August 19, 1932, in Nacogdoches, Texas, he was the son of W.C. and Ossie Mae Cook Hutson. He was a veteran of the United States Army and the United States Air Force Reserves.
A 1952, graduate of Nacogdoches High School, he attended Stephen F. Austin and Texas A&M. He was a retired vocational teacher in the Pine Tree Independent School District and a Baptist.
He will be sorely missed by all his family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2010, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
