Miss Anna Dessloch, 86, of 508 Chicago St., Kiel, died Thursday evening at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton. She had been hospitalized two weeks.
She was born March 11, 1887 in the Town of Rhine, a daughter of the late Ludwig and Louise Staats. She attended district school in the area.
In 1920 she moved to Kiel where she was employed at a general store. From 1937 to 1951 she was in partnership with Miss Anna Menne and operated the IGA store at Kiel.
She was a member of St. Peter United Church of Christ at Kiel.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
Four sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter UCC. The Rev. John F. Baumann, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Kiel Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, after 4 p.m. today until 11 a.m. Saturday and at the church from noon until the time of services.
