Henry married Edna Roepke in 1907.
Henry is the father of 3 children, Roland, John, and Esta.

On June 5, 1907 Henry was united in marriage to Edna Roepke in Birnamwood. She
survives.
In addition to his wife, survivors include two sons, John Boettcher, Birnamwood
and Roland "Pete" Boettcher, Wausau; one daughter, Esta Boettcher, Birnamwood.
Henry was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Adolph Boettcher.
Funeral services were held January 21, 1959 at Trinity Lutheran Church,
Birnamwood. The Rev. Carl Musall officiated. Interment was in Forest Cemetery,
Birnamwood.
