Mrs. Rabenhorst was born July 17, 1883, in the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Henry and Henrietta Becker. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John Church, Maribel. She was married to Carl Rabenhorst Oct. 27, 1909, at St. John church and they farmed near Maribel until 1945 when they retired. Their son, Leonard, then took over the farm, where they continued to live. Mr. Rabenhorst preceded her in death in 1952.
Survivors include Leonard on the homestead farm and Hubert of Rt. 1, Maribel; four daughters, Mrs. Norbert Klug of Morrison, Manitowoc County, Mrs. Gilbert Belitz and Mrs. Kenneth Schnell of Cleveland, Manitowoc County, and Mrs. Randolph Krueger of Wayside, Brown County; a brother, Henry, of Maribel; a sister, Mrs. Richard Wolffersdorff, of Milwaukee; 28 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday at Knutson Funeral Home, Denmark, Brown County, until 10 a.m. Thursday when the casket will be moved to the church, where the body may be viewed from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service.
