CHAS. KEUNE DIES AT HOME

Native of Newton Dies Today At Manitowoc Rapids
Charles Keune, 67, died early this morning at his home in the townof Manitowoc Rapids following a six months illness.
The body will be taken to the home late Thursday afternoon.

Funeral services will be held at the home on Saturday afternoon at 1:30 with the rev. Koeninger officiating. Interment will take place at the Centerville cemetery.

The deceased was born in the town of Newton December 21, 1867. He operated Keune's Mill for over thirty years. He was married to Margaret Bauman. His wife and three children, Mrs. Roy Monroe of Holland, Michigan, Mrs. Leo Singer of Manitowoc, and Elmer Keune of Manitowoc Rapids survive.

Four grandchildren, three brothers, Alfred of Seymour, Wisconsin, William of Milwaukee, and August of Two Rivers, and two sisters, Mrs. Allan Krause and Miss Alma Keune of Mankato, Minnesota, also survive.
