She was born at Wilhelmstedt in Germany and came to America with her parents in 1849, setting in the town of Liberty. After her marriage to Peter Heinz, they settled on a farm in the town of Centerville. Her husband died 10 years ago.
The surviving children are Peter, Herman, Fred, Mrs. Henry Mundt and Mrs. F. J. Peters. One son died in earlier years. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Interment in Centerville was made Sept. 11, Rev. Ph. Sprengling officiating.
