BRUSSELS--Mrs. Gustave DeMeuse, 77, Sturgeon Bay, the former Emma Renier of Brussels, died Saturday evening after a two-year illness. She was born Oct. 1, 1881, at Brussels and was married Nov. 5, 1904. Her husband died in 1958. Funeral services were held at SS. Peter and Paul church, Institute, Tuesday morning.

Services for Mrs. Gustave (Emma) DeMeuse, 77, R. 2, were held this morning at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic church in Institute. The Rev. John Monarsky officiated and burial was in the parish cemetery.
The Davis and Ahrens funeral home was in charge.
Mrs. DeMeuse died at Memorial hospital Saturday evening after a two year illness.
She was born in Brussels Oct. 1, 1881 to Mr. and Mrs. Edward Renier. Her marriage to Mr. DeMeuse took place Nov. 5, 1904. He died Mar. 8, 1958.
Surviving are five children, Fred, Edith, Nels, Elmer and Mrs. John (Laura) Brauer, all of Sturgeon Bay; one brother, Frank, Brussels; 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
