Benjamin lived on a farm, later owned by Dr. Luke Mercier Shipley his tombstone moved to Dr. Shipley's lot in a church yard near West Friendship, Howard Co, MD. Also his 2nd wife Amelia Hobbs is buried there, inscription July 30, 1859 in 90th year, According to the Howard county gen. society the stone is outside the cemetery the base of a large tulip poplar tree==Can't find! There is a stone turned over and can't read back side, don't know if it is his.
