Betty was a native of Jasper, she came to the Tampa Bay area from Fort Myers 24 years ago. She was the owner of Charlie Brown Day Nursery for eight years and Greentree Gardens for six years. She was a Baptist. She is survived by her husband, Ronald W.; one daughter, Julia E. Jones of Tampa; her mother, Verna Bennett of Jasper; one brother, Glenwood Bennett of Jasper; and one sister, Wanda Beck of Madison.
