JAMES BULLEN
FATAL ACCIDENT – "Misfortune never comes singly" is as true a remark as is generally made, particularly as far as the Bullen family, of Woodville in this county, is concerned. James Bullen, of that town, aged about 30 years, was killed on Tuesday, of this week by a falling tree which he had just chopped and which lodged against another tree. He was horribly mutilated and was first discovered by his wife, who, upon hearing the tree fall went to him upon a business affair. About three for four years ago the deceased's father was killed by a kick of a horse, and some time ago a brother was accidentally killed by a pitch fork and about two years ago another brother met with an accident which resulted in the amputation of his left leg.
