August Draeger(sic), a Collins farmer died Monday and was buried Wednesday afternoon at Eaton Cemetery, Edw. Shimon of this village had charge of the funeral.

So fahr ich hin zu Jesu Christ,
mein arm thu ich aus strecken;
So schlaf ich ein, und ruhe fein,
kein Mensch kann mich aufwecken:
denn Jesus Christus, Gottes Sohn,
der wird die Himmelsthür aufthun,
mich führen zum ewigen Leben.
So I go to Jesus Christ,
And I stretch out my arm;
So I fall sleep, and rest easy,
No man can wake me:
For Jesus Christ, the Son of God,
Will open the doors of heaven,
And lead me to eternal life.
