August Barth, 78, a R. 1, Brillion farmer, died of an apparent heart attack at his home Wednesday morning.
He was born Feb. 6, 1887, in the town of Brillion, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Barth. He was married to Mrs. William Barth in November of 1929 at Brillion. She died in 1932.
Mr. Barth farmed in the town of Brillion his entire life. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Sigmund (Ruth) Troy, Barstow, Calif.; two grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Fritsch, Manitowoc, and Miss Edna Barth, R. 1, Brillion; and a brother, Raymond, R. 1, Brillion.
Funeral services will be at Trinity Lutheran Church, Brillion. The Rev. Arden Stuebs, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in the Brillion Town Cemetery.
