I started volunteering about March 2023 so I'm still learning the ropes, but have used the site for a lot of geneology purposes! I was born and raised in Rochester and Greece, NY so I have a lot of family members in the surrounding cemeteries. I would love to give back while I visit my loved ones. I am hoping my contributions will help others with their family tree!
I have a method to my madness and if you see a memorial that is lacking a lot of information, chances are I'm still working on it. I tend to get a little behind when I take lots of pictures and the person isn't in yet. For anyone that sends me edit requests, thank you for the help!!
Regarding transfers, I have no problem transferring to you if they are not my relatives. Find A Grave has transferred many DISTANT relatives to myself so I'm sure they won't care if I do the same! I don't see a reason to hoard.
