REUBEN A. HINTZ

Reuben A. Hintz, 58, of 360 Lincoln St., Cleveland, died today at his home following a lingering illness.

He was born on April 12, 1913 in the Town of Centerville, the son of Mrs. Hulda Dehne Hintz and the late August Hintz.

He married Emma Schmidt on June 15, 1940 in Centerville. They lived in Cleveland following marriage.

For the past 16 years Mr. Hintz worked at Kohler Co. as a maintenance man.

He was a member of Ss John and Peter Lutheran Church.

Surviving are his wife; three sons, Eugene of Kiel, Harold of Cleveland and Kenneth of Plattsburg, N.Y.; two daughters, Mrs. David (Carol) Wood of Sheboygan and Miss Linda, at home; his mother and a sister, Mrs. Marvin Schmitz, both of Newton and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Stoltenburg Funeral Chapel in Cleveland, the Rev. Henry Koch, pastor of Ss. John and Peter Church, officiating. Burial will be in St. Johannes Cemetery, Cleveland.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
