Dorothy T. Anderson, 94, former village of Cleveland resident, went home to her Lord on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Northridge Health and Rehab Center in Manitowoc. She was born February 22,1918, the daughter of the late Erwin and Clara Gartzke Mill. Dorothy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin — Nursing Program, and was certified in Public Health Nursing in 1946. She was employed in the Public Health Department for the City of Milwaukee and at St. Joseph's Hospital, Milwaukee. On July 26, 1947, Dorothy was united in marriage to Clarence William Anderson, and the couple resided in Milwaukee. The marriage was blessed with two daughters. Mr. Anderson passed away in 1972. In 1978 Dorothy retired and moved to Cleveland and resided in the family home. Dorothy was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church and it's Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Society. She was also a member of the greater Centerville Historians and the Centreville Settlement Organization, The Lakeshore Disaster Support Group, Cleveland Senior Citizens Group, and the "Forever Young" group at the Y.M.C.A. in Manitowoc.

Dorothy is survived by two daughters, Lois (Bruce) Garbisch, Cook, MN; and Janet (Clifford) Miller, Loretta, WI; four grandchildren, Anna (Jacob) Sorenson, Andrew (Kim) Garbisch, Naomi Garbisch and her fiance, Derek Werner and Crystal (Lucas) Burt; seven great- grandchildren; one stepson-in-law, Kenneth Twinem, Wauwatosa; three step-grandchildren; one sister, "Winnie" Eggers, Cleveland; one nephew, Paul (Sandy) Eggers, Milwaukee; two nieces, Mr. and Mrs. Jen Eggers and Rick Schult, Cleveland; and Martha (John) Hensiak, Hales Corners; as well as great-nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; and one sister, Marian Koellner; and two brothers-in-law, Clarence Koellner and John Eggers.

Memorial Services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2012, at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2601 South 101h Street, Manitowoc. Pastor Brian Staude will Officiate. Friends may call at the church on Saturday, June 30, 2012, from 1 p.m. until the hour of service. Burial rites have been held at St. Johannes Cemetery in Cleveland
