BERNEICE R. WEBB, 75 MENDOTA - Berneice R. Webb, 75, of Mendota, IL died Sunday, March 4, 2012, at Mendota Lutheran Home. She worked for many years for Madison Grade School, Dixon, IL before retiring. Berneice was born, March 13, 1936, in Douglas County, Dimock, S.D., daughter of Herman and Rose (Kretchmer) Bialas. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Dixon. Survivors include four sons, James (Eileen) Webb of Pleasant View, Colo., Brett (Vicki) Webb of Rockford, Bill (Tracy) Webb of Dixon and Keith (Stephanie) Webb of Polo; one daughter, Rhonda (Tim) Carlson of Dixon; one brother, Donald (Jean) Bialas of Waterman; one sister, Arlene (Bud) Archer of Mendota; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by parents; one son, Jeff Webb; and one granddaughter, Billie Jo Webb. Funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 8, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Dixon, with the Rev. Frank Langholf, pastor, officiating. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Dixon. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, at Preston-Schilling Funeral Home, Dixon. A memorial has been established.
