ROBINSON, Dorothy Mae Brooks, 85, a resident of Montgomery, AL died Wednesday, October 19, 2011 in a local hospital. Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 3 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery with Dr. Rick Marshall officiating.
Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Leon Robinson; brother, James Edgar Brooks, Jr. and a sister, Christine Brooks Bridges.
Survivors include one daughter, Carolyn R. King (Robert); son, Gary Leon Robinson; sisters, Elizabeth Bearden, Gloria Joyce Meriwether (Billy); brother, John Cooper Brooks (Annette); 2 grandchildren, Matthew and Angela King.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Father Purcell Children's Center.
