Enid Catheine Ottley Heise Warner passed away Sunday, January 21, 2001 in Provo at the age of 94.
She was born in Murray, Utah to Henry George Ottley and Sarah Doris Granteron June 11, 1906. She married Edwin Frederick Heise on June 29, 1928 in the Salt Lake Temple. He died October 17, 1957.
Enid married Sylvan Devon Warner January 4, 1976 in the Provo Temple. He died May 18, 1978. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and neighbor. She was raised in Delta, Utah and graduated from Delta High School. She was a long time resident of Magna, Utah. Served as Dorm Mother at BYU after the death of her husband Edwin Heise. She was a member of the singing mothers, and was a temple worker in the Provo Temple for many years. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, singing and handy work.
She is survived by her two daughters and one son: Caroline Heise (F. Burton) Howard, Bountiful, Utah, Katherine Heise (Ken) Strong, Provo, Utah, and David Edwin (Margaret)
Heise, Buhl, Idaho; 17 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her one sister and one brother: Doris Vivian Hales, Murray, Utah, Granter Kenneth Ottley, Kanab, Utah. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother George Edward
Ottley and her son Donald Paul Heise.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 25, 2001 at 11 a.m. at the Edgemont 16th Ward at 4000 North 650 East, Provo. Friends may call Berg Mortuary, 185 East Center Street, Provo on Wednesday, January 24, from 6-8 p.m. or Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment, Orem City Cemetery.
