He was born January 25, 1970 in Lowell, Massachusetts to Jeffrey Spaulding and Marilyn Sullivan Forrest. He married Holly Marie Caporale on December 30, 2004 in Provo, Utah.
He was raised and attended schools in Massachusetts and California. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jeff loved watching WWE Wrestling and listening to Heavy Metal. He enjoyed the outdoors, swimming and fishing, riding motorcycles, playing pool. He had a soft heart for animals, especially his cat Frisky.
He is survived by his wife Holly of Orem; his step-children: Richy and Marissa Clark; Josh and Forrest Baker, and Cody Zavala; his mother, Marilyn Forrest of Provo; a sister, Patricia D. Zuniga of Spanish Fork; 1 niece and 2 nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jeffrey S. Forrest.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at the Berg Mortuary Chapel, 500 North State Street, Orem. Friends may call on Thursday evening, at the Mortuary from 6-8 p.m. and on Friday morning one hour prior to services.
Interment: Orem City Cemetery.
