Peleg Rhodes son of Zachariah Rhodes and Joanna Arnold was born about 1660 in the Village of Pawtuxet. He married about 1690, presumably in Pawtuxet, then the town of Providence, RI to Sarah (___), who survived him. He died 6 Oct 1724 in Pawtuxet (VRRI 2:1:278, PrTR 16:355) and was no doubt buried in a long lost family plot, since there were no extent cemeteries in this area.
Note: Do not confuse the Village of Pawtuxet, Cranston/Warwick, with Pawtucket about 12 miles to the north.
