Dorothy E. Meyers, age 108, of Sheboygan passed away early Friday morning February 25, 2022. Dorothy was born February 2, 1914, on a farm near Cleveland, WI to the late Herman and Emma (Roehl) Bergner. She attended Red Arrow School. On October 23, 1937, she was united in marriage to Fred Meyers at St. Peter Claver rectory; he preceded her in death May 8, 1992. Dorothy enjoyed bowling, gardening, traveling, reading, sewing and dance of all kinds. She always looked forward to the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her children Lawrence Meyers of Watertown, Cheryl (Art) Mohr of Sheboygan, Alicia (Edward) Engelhardt of Sheboygan, grandchildren David Mohr, Denise (Steve) Pfeifer and their children Dr. Brad, Evan, Lauren and Corinne, Dorinna (Greg) Prahl and their children Marissa and Grayson. Dorothy is further survived by nieces, a nephew and other relatives.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 54 years, grandson Doug, three brothers Rueben, Elmer and Edward Bergner, five sisters Norma Kolb, Meta Simmet, Ellen Schaefer, Florence Grotegut and Stella Schutte, sister-in-law Helen Wangeman and brother-in-law Raymond Meyers.

Private family service will be held with entombment to take place in the Holy Cross Mausoleum.
