Services for Henry Oliver Pierce 82, of Winnfield were held at 1 p.m., Monday at Southern Funeral Home chapel in Winnfield. Burial was in Sanders Chapel Cemetery near Calvin. Mr. Pierce died Saturday, April 14, 1984 at Autumn Leaves Nursing Home in Winnfield after a long illness. He was a native of Goldonna and a retired carpenter. Survivors include two sons, J. C. Pierce of Winnfield and Ray Pierce of Starksville, Miss; one daughter, Mrs. Louie Ables of Winnfield; one sister, Rhodia Smith of Dodson; ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren
