FRANK DASSLER
Frank Dassler, 59, retired Centerville blacksmith, died Monday at the home of his mother, Mrs. Theresa Dassler in the village of Centerville. Mrs. Dassler is to observe her 89th birthday August 25. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2 pm from the Dassler home with interment in the Saxon Cemetery.
The deceased, who was born in Centerville and always made his home there, suffered a heart attack Monday which caused his death. He had been in failing health, however, for several years.
Mr. Dassler took up the blacksmith trade which he followed until 10 years ago when he retired. Survivors are his mother, a brother, Oscar of Meeme and two sisters, Mrs. Gustave Bahr of Milwaukee and Mrs. F.A. Jawort, Centerville.
