Jesse was born in Milwaukee on February 4, 1997 to William and Cheryl (Leiteritz) Fisher II.
He is survived by his mother and father, Bill and Cheryl Fisher II; two brothers and a sister, William (Kristine) Fisher III, Shell Lake, WI, Adam Fisher, Sheboygan and Jennifer (Jeremy) Siem, Spooner, WI; paternal grandparents, William (Marlene) Fisher, Sheboygan, and Margaret Gens, Elkhart Lake. Jesse was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Willard and Fern Leiteritz.
