Born on September 5, 1943, in Hanover, she was the daughter of the late Lily Mae (Caler) and Clyde Fogle.
She was a member of the Christ Chapel International Ministries Church in Red Lion. Nancy and her husband, Bishop Larkin, were very active in Christ Chapel International Ministries in Kenya, East Africa. They started four churches in Africa, and ministered to unwed mothers and orphans. Her presence will be deeply missed. Mrs. Larkin was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and caregiver. In earlier years ,she owned and operated personal care homes. She was a true helpmate to her husband in his ministry.
She was a Proverbs 31 woman of God, "Her children rise up and call her blessed, Her husband also, and he praises her."
Nancy leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Robert Larkin; children, Troy Robert Larkin (Kristin) of Florida, Trinda Mae Larkin of Red Lion, Trevor Rich Larkin (Donna) of York, and Meghann Marie Pope of Red Lion; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
A visitation will be on Saturday, January 16, 2016, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the New Fairview Church of the Brethren, 1873 New Fairview Church Road, York. The Celebration of Life Service will begin at 3 p.m. with her husband, Bishop Larkin, and son, the Rev. Troy Larkin, officiating. Interment will be private.
