Funeral Services For Late Mrs. Kalk Planned Saturday
The funeral of Mrs. Wilhelmina Kalk, 77, of this city, who died at 7 a.m. Tuesday in the Town of Centerville at the home of a daughter, Mrs. George Loose, of heart trouble, will be held from the Ramm Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Rev. H. H. Wegner, pastor of the Bethlehem Lutheran church will officiate and interment will be in St. John’s cemetery at Centerville.
The body is now lying in state at the Ramm Funeral Home until Thursday morning when it will be taken to the Town of Centerville to the home of Mrs. George Loose, where friends may view it from Thursday evening to Saturday morning. At that time, it will be removed to the Ramm Fuenral Home for the funeral rites.
Mrs. Kalk, who is the widow of Carl Kalk, was born in Germany October 11, 1852 and was __ marriage with Mr. Kalk __ years ago. Approximately __ years ago the couple came to this country, settling in Illinois and a few years later came to Sheboygan. Thirty-five years ago the couple moved to a farm near the __ of Centerville. Mrs. Kalk came to this city sixteen years ago where she has since resided.
She is survived by eight children, five daughters, Mrs. Albert Sieckmann, this city; Mrs. William Engelbrecht, Chicago; Mrs. George Loose, Town Centerville; Mrs. Harry Fess?, ___ wood, Washington, and Mrs. __ Schroeder, Manitowoc and __ sons, William, Town of Centerville, Albert, Chicago and Henry __ Haven. Twenty-seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a brother in Germany also survive.
