Charles Boersch (sic) 71, died at his home in Cleveland this morning after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Stoltenburg funeral chapel in Cleveland, the Rev. M. A. Braun officiating. Burial will be in St. John’s cemetery at Hika.
Mr. Boersch was born in 1875 in Foreston, Iowa. The family came to Manitowoc county when he was six years old. In 1903 he married Bertha Roehl of the town of Mosel. He entered the brick and tile business in Hika and later returned to Cleveland.
He is survived by his wife, four sons, Otto, Henry, Edwin and Hubert, all of Cleveland; one brother, August; and four grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home from 7 p.m. Saturday until time of funeral services.
