Pascal was not buried within the cemetery at the time of his death. Family legend says he wasn't because he hadn't either paid his church dues or because of the way he lived his life. I guess we will never know. The other family legend is that his son, Leo, with the help of his brothers, moved Pascal into the cemetery a few days later near Lumina without the church's or cemetery's knowledge.
