JULIE K. HENSLEY, 57, of Springfield, passed away Monday evening, February 23, 2015 in Springfield Regional Medical Center following several months of failing health. She was born in Springfield on July 30, 1957, the daughter of the late Samuel and Sarah Jane (Brown) Hennis.
Julie worked as an STNA at the Springfield Masonic Community for 28 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna (Kyle) Artis of Springfield; three grandchildren, Tyler, Cody and Savannah Artis; a sister, Teresa Hennis of Springfield; a brother, Ted (Theresa) Hennis of London; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jeff Hennis and Neil Brown.
