Theodore F Wadhams, 72, of 219 Carr St, Wataga, was pronounced dead at 10:45 AM Wednesday at his home by Knox County Coroner Roger Hannam. Cause of death is still under investigation.
He was born April 17, 1905 in Galesburg. Surviving are his wife, Evelyn, and a brother, William Wadhams, Galesburg.
Mr. Wadhams was a carpenter and had owned an apple orchard. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of Faith Lutheran Church at Wataga.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 2PM at Martin-Trumblod Funeral Home, Knoxville, where friends may call Friday evening. Burial will be in the Wataga Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church, the family said.
