Jeffrey Green was born Dec. 7, 1960, in Racine. He attended Jefferson School and would have entered the second grade in September. The family moved to Sheboygan from Cleveland two years ago.
Survivors, besides his parents and brother, include two other brothers, Robert 9, and Edwin 3; a sister, Debra, 4; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Percy Green, R. 1, Eau Claire; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Howe, Sheboygan.
An infant brother preceded Jeffrey in death.
Private funeral services are planned for Wednesday afternoon at Stoltenberg Funeral Chapels in Cleveland. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery in Hika.
