Joseph R. Dhein Jr, 56, formally of 914 N. 8th Street, Manitowoc, lost his battle with cancer, Sunday morning June 5, 2011, at North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.
Joe was born on March 25, 1955, son of Eileen Dhein and the late Joseph Dhein Sr, in Manitowoc. He graduated from Manitowoc Lincoln High School with the class of 1973. Joe enjoyed his career as an over the road truck driver.
Joe is survived by his mother, Eileen Dhein, Manitowoc; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jo A. Dhein and Dan McCubbin, Milwaukee; and Donna and Jim Hlavachek, Manitowoc. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Private Family services will be held at a later date, and Joe will be laid to rest at St. Peter Cemetery.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home, and All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc is assisting the family with Funeral Arrangements.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation for their compassionate care of Joe.
