- daughter, Alberta, was born in 1911.
- Hartwick children: Grace, Olive, Howard & Alberta.
- Andrew returned to Kincardine, Ontario in 1916 for an operation and died there.
- John Hartwick (Andrew's brother) and his wife left Lomond in 1925 and later returned to Ontario where John died.
- the farm was rented out until Howard was old enough to take over the farming operation.
- Martha Hartwick died in 1949
- Howard died in 1956
- Grace, a school teacher, married Jack Jennings (4 children)
